Loved every detail about our fairly nice 2 nights stay here. All staff were friendly and kind and gave some tips about Porto. Our double room was brand-new with 3 shared bathrooms, nice sheets plus large windows. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to a shopping street and a market. And walking distance to bars and restaurants, it was a bonus;))

We loved the clean guest room and bathroom, it felt cozy and welcoming; the proximity to a subway station was convenient for exploring the area.

the location of the hotel was very central, near the shopping district of the city with all the mayor sights as well as restaurants and all the bars. the staff turned out to be affable and very-very nice.

Guests are appreciative of the comfortable stay and well-equipped guest room with central heating, a multi-channel television, and a study table, all for a reasonable rate of £54.

The superior suite was spacious, well-maintained, and had large windows with nice sheets, in a very central and convenient location close to the old city center.

The view from certain units at Cool Guesthouse is just amazing! You can see the bustling city right from your window. It's perfect for someone like me who loves to soak in the atmosphere of a new place.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like was the soundproofing in the suite. It could be better.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, right on a shopping street and close to the city center. The free WiFi had a strong signal, and there was a fan provided in the room to keep cool. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to leave my bag at the reception on my departure day. I had a pleasant stay at Cool Guesthouse.

The location is absolutely perfect, with malls, supermarkets, and plenty of eating places close by. You won't have to travel far to find whatever you need. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The pictures online accurately represent the hotel, so there are no surprises upon arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, and even had a kitchen on the floor to save on meals. I loved that it was situated near the shopping street and very close to the historic center, allowing me to easily walk to most attractions. Additionally, the staff was helpful and the hotel provided good transportation options.
